Billing & insurance

You deserve to have access to the health insurance information you need to make informed decisions about your care. Our clinics are part of the Novant Health network. In this section we have included a list of insurance plans commonly accepted by Novant Health clinics.

Please bring your insurance card and a method of payment when you visit the clinic. We accept cash, check, debit cards and most major credit cards.

If you are an obstetrics patient, your prenatal care is typically billed to your insurance as one fee. If you do not have maternity coverage, our office will work with you to establish a payment schedule.

Please note: Ultrasounds and lab work will be billed separately.
